Ordering

To place an order, you must first create an account. We ask for you to verify your age, enter in your address, and upload a valid form of ID. Once Your account is setup, you can browse by dispensary or browse all products in your area. Add a product to your cart to start your order. No. The dispensary will only deliver to the person whose name is on the valid form of ID

Yes! You can schedule for the next day or future orders and recurring orders. You will have options to select either for delivery the next day or recurring / repeat orders are available. Recurring orders can be scheduled at any time in the future.

In the notes, let the dispensary know when you would like to receive your delivery! Please note that each dispensary have service hours plus dispensaries can only deliver between 9am-9pm by state law.

Yes, you can but a separate order must be placed for each dispensary. Each Dispensary is their own unique business.
Yes, as soon as your order is placed, and payment is approved you will receive a detail summary sent to you by email
By signing up, placing orders, and reviewing products, you can earn points! Points can go towards receiving discounts on your order!
Yes, we do! Subscribe to our email list to receive all the discounts!
In your account you will be able to see a list of your past orders with DaiLeaf for review. At any time if you would like to place a reorder of any previous orders, it is simply one click away.

Payment

We accept cash and credit/debit cards. We take Visa, MasterCard, Discovery and American Express. We do not accept Visa, MasterCard or Discovery gift cards.

The name on the credit/debit card must match the name on the valid driver’s license to be used, as by law Dispensaries can only deliver and sell cannabis products to individuals that are of legal age, 18+ with a medical card or 21+

Please ensure that the billing address that you enter for the Credit / Debit card is accurate as our system verifies the full address including the zip code
DaiLeaf is a Platform of VMS Marketing Inc. and therefore the Company name “VMS Marketing” will appear on your credit/debit card statements


Delivery

To see if your address is in the delivery zone or any of our partner dispensaries, please visit our homepage and enter in your zip code to see which partners deliver to you. You can also select “allow” for us to find your address via geolocation! We will filter the site so you can only see the dispensaries that deliver to you. Please note, for the safety of the drivers, some dispensaries only deliver to residential buildings. DaiLeaf’s partner dispensaries deliver to many zip codes in Northern California.
Once you place your order, the dispensary will receive your order immediately. Please give them some time to upload your information into their system. Dispensaries usually contact customers roughly 20 minutes after placing an order with an ETA. The delivery time is affected by the time of day and the day of the week. The busiest times are usually after 3:30pm from Thursday- Tuesday
Our partnered dispensaries drive discreet vehicles with no stickers or signs that refer to cannabis or who they work for. Your products will be handed to you in a paper bag meaning no one will be able to tell what is being delivered.
The dispensary you placed it with handles delivery. When placing an order, each product belongs to a dispensary. Your order will come from only one dispensary.
Dispensaries will contact you with an ETA and send you an update when they are arriving soon!
Yes! The dispensary delivery driver has to hand over the products to the person who placed the order. The dispensary cannot leave the products at the door or with any other person.
No. Only the person who placed the order and whose name is on the ID can accept the delivery.
Yes, it is required by law that a dispensary can only sell and delivery cannabis products to a person that is 18+ with a medical card or 21+
The dispensary will make your delivery again for an additional charge.
Please contact the dispensary you place your order with as they are the ones who can replace the products. If is you are still dissatisfied with the dispensaries resolution please contact us and we will work with you to find an appropriate resolution. Dispensaries that have a retail store may also provide an option for you to go to their store to receive your order by either curb side pickup or instore pickup.

If this option is available, it will be explained in the dispensary page and will appear as an option in your cart before you checkout


Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final. Each dispensary has different policies on defective products

For a dispensary to become a partner, we first confirm that they are licensed in a city and with the state. We focus on dispensaries that are able to deliver to make cannabis more accessible.
